Hopefully my review will be seen by others. I purchased a sit healthier chair in the hopes of helping with back pain I experience from sitting too long. The chair arrived relatively fast I assembled it and tried it out . Soon after I noticed the height adjustment shock which I paid extra for released and just sunk.
I chalked it up to a learning curve maybe I had not set it up right or adjusted correctly. I will give it a chance.
After numerous hours I noticed my legs and groin falling asleep from the center saddle. I stopped using it and got a hold of a rep a few months later. I was told you have 14 days to return it. I actually didn't even want my money back just a flat seat or saddle less seat and shock replacement. Denied. So I leaving this comment In the hopes of any future buyer for information and readiness.
Thank you sit healthier for a $ 300.00 chair I cannot use.

I really like my saddle chair, it’s been helping with sciatica and makes me use muscles that I haven’t had to use before. They were really responsive and helpful with my questions too! Definitely a good investment, thanks Salli chair

Love the stool, thought it would be tough to get used to....but it was not a problem at all, works out very well. So glad I purchased this!

Takes some time to get used to but one week in I can already tell the stool is making a difference. Very glad I spent the money on a high quality stool. The Saddle with adjustment is critical for me. The height allows me to easily go from sit to stand at my desk.

I spend 5-6 hours a day at my workbench and always ended the day with an aching lower back. While it took a couple of days to get used to the saddle style stool, I no longer end my day wishing I’d stopped working an hour ago!

Absolutely love it. Great value! Worth the little extra to upgrade to inline skate wheels and to wait for leather in my clinical use (dental hygienist) experience. With care, this chair looks like it will last a long time! Easy assembly. This is my second chair from sit healthier! First lasted a few years wonderfully- until someone over the weight limit sat on it. So be mindful of that. Otherwise no concerns! Love the ability to customize the seat!

It takes some time to get used to, but this is a great investment! Give yourself some time to figure them out and you won’t regret it. Very sturdy quality.

I sew most of the day, and I’m hyper mobile: this chair instantly changed my posture. Because of my better posture, I have significantly less (nearly no) neck, shoulder, and back pain. I was hesitant to spend this much on a chair, and I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner. Totally worth it!

This is by far one of the best things I've done for my mental and physical well being.
